Belgrade is a small, compact urban-style concrete park designed primarily around street skating rather than bowls or large transition. Its tight layout uses banks, stairs, rails, ledges, a central A-frame and quarter pipes to create quick lines and opportunities for technical tricks. The park sits within Lewis & Clark Park, giving it a convenient community-park setting with playgrounds, a splash pad, open space and other amenities.
